Mit dem LPAR-Tool lässt sich die aktuell installierte HMC-Version für alle HMCs leicht ermitteln:

$ hmc version

Welche iFixes installiert sind, lässt sich mit Hilfe der Option „-i“ (iFixes) anzeigen. Am Besten gibt man dabei nur eine HMC als Argument an (ansonsten kann die Ausgabe etwas länger werden):

$ hmc version -i hmc05
