LPAR-Tool
Version 1.9.x has a test license included, which is valid until 31th december 2024.

- Support for VIOS installation using the HMC
- Support for VIOS backups on the HMC
- Support for VIOS updates and upgrades using the HMC
- Support for connection eBMC (Power 10) systems

LPAR-Tool 1.7.x
LPAR-Tool 1.7.x includes a test license valid until 30th september 2022.
The included test license supports up to 10 HMCs, 100 managed systems and 1000 LPARs.
New in version 1.7.x:

- installation of IFixes and updates on the HMC (hmc help updhmc)
- system firmware updates (and more) of managed systems (ms help updatelic)
- displaying of FLRT data with online query against IBM (hmc help flrt, ms help flrt, lpar help flrt)
- configuration of NTP on HMCs (hmc help ntp)
