Exiting Restricted Open Firmware Mode

The Restricted Open Firmware Mode can be exited at any time by using the RESET_PARTITION command:

0 > reset_partition

Rebooting...

The LPAR then tries to boot with the default settings. It is also possible to exit the Restricted Open Firmware Mode by booting according to the boot list (BOOT_FROM_SEQ) or from a device (BOOT_FROM_DEVICE). This will be shown later.
